The façade has two storeys, the second storey is half the height of the first, and the whole stands on a limestone plinth. The fabric is in unrendered brick, with architectural details in limestone. The first storey is divided into three parts by four gigantic Ionic pilasters in limestone, and these support a dividing entablature which is unusually deep. The architrave of this is molded, and the cornice strongly projecting with dentillations. The frieze in between has paneling in shallow relief, with three small windows, two rectangular and the central one oval.
